Like I said, I have absolutely NO PROBLEM going and taking care of the palm tree that needs to be trimmed Now that I have heard from this email, I see that we have permission to go on the property and do it without an appointment I would still like to speak with the customer because they have NEVER contacted me, the owner, [redacted] about there being any problem in the first place One phone call to me and the tree would have been done already There was NO NEED for Revdex.com involvement! Typically a decent person would make a complaint with the company before they go to the Revdex.com I've been in business for several years and have not had one complaint with the Revdex.com I work very hard to protect my reputation and take care of my customers with a very high level of service and value My phone # is ###-###-####

Not professional at all! The job was for our front yard to be landscaped combination sod, rock, decomposed granite & some shrub plantingWe had an idea of what we wanted, but left the majority of the design/details up to themAfter the job and hearing our concerns, instead of saying give us a couple days and we can stop byWe got an ear full of excuses, stretching of truth, double talk and insults on how we were as clients
They planted Gardenias directly in clay and they started dying weeks laterAlso planted some in an area that gets +hrsof direct Texas sunlight
Their response: "You need to fertilize them and you have such a poor attitude I doubt anything can grow in your yard"
Decomposed granite was not installed correctly between curb and sidewalk area, didn't use the sidewalk and curb as a barrier, just mounted it a top the existing dirtWashing out now and when too dry flaking away
Their response"We just did what you wanted us to do, I thought you'd have problems when we installed it, but thought y'all knew that too, it was just obvious."
AND THE KICKER!! We paid y'all $which is a lot for us, we expected quality work/workmanship and assurance that satisfaction was a guarantee
Their response: "$is a drop in the bucket to us, we work jobs $30,and more" demeaning the amount we paid them
Thru Well hire them and you'll fill in the blanks!

because:
The times I got ahold of them they claimed to have tried my number or maybe having the wrong number I've left my cell phone and home phone several times and that has not helped the situation An appointment is not needed, they should just stop by at the first available time to access the palm in the yard

I am more than happy to come back to trim her palm tree.  We have made several attempts to contact the customer to schedule a time to go trim the tree.  We have left messages so I will wait to here back from her.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have left a voicemail for [redacted] with two numbers to reach me and confirming they do not need an appointment to come by.  Joshua's number which was given in representation to Envision services is no longer accepting calls.    I have also left both numbers and the same message on their website in written form via the contact field.
I appreciate [redacted] wanting to step in to fix this and will consider this resolved if the palm trimming is completed within the next two days (by Thursday end of day).
