I was skeptical when reps approached me door to door promoting the home security system Envision. The sales reps were friendly and knowledgeable and I decided to research the company. I like what I read and I called to set up a meeting. [redacted] and [redacted] came to my home and I switched from my existing company to Envision. I was impressed with their product and genuine professionalism. Whenever I have questions, [redacted] is readily accessible and patient. I have no regrets about switching over to Envision.

We absolutely loved our experience with Envision Security. Our sales rep [redacted] is one of the best reps I've ever had the pleasure to work with in any businesses relationship. He was patient and understanding with our crisis and immediately responsive to our needs. I called him on a Wednesday at 5pm and he had our alarm installed before 12noon the next day. The peace of mind that we've had with our new alarm system (which we love!) and the experience with the company has been nothing but positive.

Recently bought a house and was looking into getting a security system.My sister actually recommended Envision to us.We really liked how the representative explain everything to us and answered all of our questions.

Was contacted to [redacted] to review product conparisions against my existing home security system. After a extensive and through review of products and prices, Envision provided me with higher quality equiptment and more extensive service than I was currently receiving, at equal cost. Only 3 day turnaround from agreement to installation. All parties, from sale to installation were friendly, informative and proffessional.

The sales representative was courteous and was respectful when I indicated I was not interested in a long-winded sales pitch. There was no pressure to immediately buy and I performed some individual research before deciding to accept their offer. The contract signing and installation of the new security equipment was handled quickly and professionally.

On September 17, 2015, Paul Kane and Robert Velez, Jr. came to my door and spoke to me regarding Envision Security Inc. Services and they took their time and explain what was being offered, such as free equipment and the full installation package. I was very impress with both young men. I did not commit at that moment, but I did signed up for services the following day. The installer came o n 9/18/15. He, also was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am very please and satisfy with my new security system. Great team work.

Living in a new sub-division I get alot of sales people but the Salesmen Joe & Ryan were 2 of the most helpful, personal & professional salespeople all I had to do is be home they took care of everything even helped setting up my apps THEY R GREAT!!!!!

So far, I have been very pleased with the Envision experience. The process of getting signed up was extremely easy. And, the install was the very next day. From the sales associates to the installer, the people were extremely friendly and helpful. They even call the next day to make sure there are no questions and verify your information once again so everything is correct. I have already recommended Envision Security to a couple of friends ~~ Thank you!

I just got my equipment installed today and it's perfect. The camera resolutions is awesome and clear to see. The alarm system is easy to work so easy that my wife can operate. Joe K[redacted] was an awesome salesman and was upfront from the beginning. Overall great experience with this company.

Good friendly company. Had only a short time, but we like it. Upgraded an older system to the cell phone capability.

Got extra window and garage sensors for free. The new touch pad is a little off and have to enter your password multiple times every so often, even after calibrating. But having cell phone capability for just a few dollars more is very nice. We can now turn on and shut off our system remotely. The extras that this company offers is worth it.

I am very happy with my alarm system. I love that I can adjust my thermostats and lock or arm my house from my house. it is very convenient.

Joe and Ryan knocked on my door and explained their advertising program. They were very friendly and professional explaining in great detail and showed lots of patience in explaining everything. The equipment is excellent and we as a family are very happy with the service. I highly recommend Envision Security!

After they both talked to us about the services I'm glad to say we signed up. We just had the best customer service with these men. Can't believe how fast we got an appt and also having the system installed this morning. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We have signed up in the past with two other companies and never received service like this.

Awesome home security system! Wouldn't have picked a better one!

We just had a system installed. I was with another company previously and was not very satisfied. Envision gave us a better quality system for a similar rate. So far we are very satisfied. [redacted] was very easy to deal with and answered every question and concern we had. The Installer was excellent and also answered additional questions and gave helpful advice on the placement of our new equipment. He gave us a run down on the system and assured us we could contact him or the company with any questions and they would help. We will be recommending Envision Security Inc to all of our family and friends. Everyone should have the comfort and safe piece of mind we now have!

I took the time to shop around before making a decision on who to trust with my home security system. Envision was able to provide me with the service that I needed based on low monthly fee, great customers service, fast sales experience and with all the equipment that best fit my home security needs. The salesperson, elio took the time to really explain everything and was very patient while I compare other businesses. He answered all my questions and made it easy to proceed with the signing of contract and activation.
