Review: I got a full set at the nail salon on the Monday before New Years Day. On that Wednesday, my pinky nail broke. I went to the nail salon the next day (which was Thursday) and they fixed it free of charge. By the time Sunday came, both my middle fingers and ,my pointer and thumb on my left hand nails had cracks in them and I felt them about to break off. I returned to the nail salon on Monday and they refused to fix my nails. I explained to them that I would have came as soon as they started cracking but they were closed because of the holiday. They said I would have to pay to replace each nail that was cracking (4 in total). I told them that there is no reason why most of my nails should be cracking within a week. They said the company policy is they only fix nails for free within two days of getting them and that I should be happy with my pinky nail being fixed for free. I asked can I speak to the manager. They said the manager's name is Ana and she is on vacation until further notice. I asked for her number so I can leave a message. The lady who gave me her number said her name was Becky. When I called the number I asked if this was the number for Ana from Envy Nails, they hung up on me. When I called back, they answered and hung up right away. Out of all the nail salons in the area, I chose to take my business here and they were extremely rude once they did a bad job. Within the next two days, every single one of my nails had broken off. Even the pinky that they had repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the full set I paid for because all nails broke within a week.

Review: On the day of February [redacted] 2016 after along morning and afternoon of work I was looking forward to relaxing at the nail salon so approximately at 700 pm I walked into [redacted] for this purpose and requested full service of filling in pedicure and a eyebrow waxing Im not a frequent customer their however, first off there was no hot water for the foot soaker however I proceeded with the pedicure with a person who seemed under age for a salon license which I could not find the license behind her chair who cut my toe with a sharp tool during the process, she then finished painting my toe with no remorse and I then sat down with the manager to get my fill-in done on my fingers I needed to have two nails removed because they were broken and she also proceeded to use aggressive force with the sharp tools to my finger I then reminded her I was just injured on my toe to please be careful she shook her head ok and continued to do the exact same thing, this frustrated me and she could not continue to finish the job I was told to leave by her with wet toe nail polish fresh on my toes and dis regarded with all other service she called the police who arrived and she did not have a real solution for the issue at hand and because I allowed the unlicensed girl complete the job the officers said this would be a civil matter and I paid for the pedicure, shorty after the ems service arrived to wrap my toe up which continued to bleed from the torn skin after this on my way out the manager told me not to come back for business being as rude as she was from the very start I am horriifyed about what happened to me.Desired Settlement: I would like this salon to be investigated for under age and unlicense workers and I would most definitely want my money back
