In response to ***'s complaint [redacted] came to our salon as a new clientShe had a $off any single service referral cardShe asked me to cover her grey hairI used a deposit only color because she didn't want to change her natural hair colorShe did not want a hair cut because she just had one but did want her hair dryedShe was pleased with her color when she leftA few days later she called to say she wanted her money back that I had decieved her she wanted a glazeShe claimed she spoke with another hairdresser and the price should have been $Our prices are clearly stated on our price menu and on our web siteI tried to explain that permanent color and semi permanent color are the same priceThe word glaze is on our menu with highlighting service as an extra $but that is not the same thing and she did not have a highlightI covered her grey hair she was in our salon for an hour and a half appointment and was treated very fairly and nicely I might please refer to our menu our web site [redacted] that you for bring this matter to our attention and hopefully he can be resolved soonThank you sincerely, [redacted] Co owner

I used a deposit only color because she didn't want to change her natural hair color. She did not want a hair cut because she just had one...

but did want her hair dryed. She was pleased with her color when she left. A few days later she called to say she wanted her money back that I had decieved her she wanted a glaze.
