Initial Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2015/09/22) */
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 17, 2015/09/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am not responding with information that includes my social security number on a document that they
wrote their business name onThis is not a valid corporate documentI have all of my documentation that supports my complaint
This further adds to my issue with how they conduct their business
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, this is not the first time such a billing error has been made by this company on one of my accounts. Additionally, it took me three phone calls to this company in addition to this Revdex.com complaint to get this issue dealt with, a burden on the patient that is simply unacceptable. I would urge this business to be more careful and conscienscious of ethics in their billing practices.
Sincerely,
