We are at this location on 4/my daughter (8) was served a salad that was Rotting and had live green bugs crawling allover it We asked to have it removed We asked for a manager no one ever came to the table my daughter and I both did not get to eat lunchtotally unacceptable to treat your customers that way How can no one care that you served my daughter a salad with about live green bugs on it and brown/black rotting lettuce I have left voicemails on the number listed along with filed a complaint online with the business No one cares to even respond Will continue to alert people to this situation until it is resolved
I purchased a $BC Gift Card on April 24, (order number is cited in the related field)
As of today (a full two weeks later), have not received the Gift Card; nor any status update on its ETA
Nobody answers the phone at the listed number - it goes to automated message every time I left a voicemail last week in attempts to follow-up, which went un-returned
Not getting the Gift Card in a timely manner was hugely disappointing when it was a key part of the plan to come in for a special dinner The Gift Card was to be a gift for my wife, to treat her to a nice dinner out for our wedding anniversary
