Considering selling my stock due to poor service. I sent in forms to transfer shares from trust to beneficiaries and give them ownership. They split stock but kept in trust name never informing me that form was completed incorrectly. When I finally discovered error, they told me to complete form again. When I asked for help, no one ever called me back. They now again want a medallion stamp which is not that easy to obtain. Computershare is much easier company to work with.

EQ Shareowner Services has responded to Mr. [redacted] by mail.

I am rejecting this response because:
The whole [redacted] point of the complaint was to get them to stop MAILING ME.
