I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a contractor. They did not show up for a scheduled appointment, left me waiting all day and do not answer their phone.

Damage done to kitchen cabinets and wood flooring during appliance install that they refuse to have repaired.This company is contracted to install appliances purchased at [redacted] and during installation of new range hood, double oven and cooktop my newly painted kitchen cabinets were damaged (wood chipped and paint scratched) as well as my hardwood floors (scratched and chipped as well). They have been contacted numerous times by [redacted] to follow up with me to have these problems addressed and repaired but nobody contacted me. I was able to reach an employee nearly two months ago and was told a supervisor/manager would contact me but my call was never returned and subsequent voicemails have gone unreturned and when I called the last couple of times, nobody will answer the phone./////Desired SettlementI would like to see the damages professionally repaired. /////Business Response customer claims that there was damage to cabinetry and flooring in an area where our installer stated that he wasn't even working. customer stated at time of install that there had been several other contractors working at her house and she was displeased with all of them.

Excellent service! They were able to service and repair my older model tankless water heater. I will definitely purchase my next water heater from Erick Batchelor Plumbing.

I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. I recently purchased a dishwasher from [redacted] and they were assigned the install by [redacted] CPO. It took almost a week to get an appointment set up for my install, at that it took a combined effort between myself and [redacted] to get the appointment set up. Our initial appointment was set up for a Tuesday afternoon and on the day of the install they called to cancel the install and reschedule for the next day. Then on Wednesday they went to pick up our unit at [redacted], they refused to take the unit because it was a "floor model" and not new in the box. They said this was a [redacted] policy not to do installs on these well it is not, in fact it is a policy of Erick Batchelor plumbing. One which they failed to disclose to myself or to [redacted].

Do not use this character. He screwed up my dishwasher installation and refuses to do anything about it.
