proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

Not sure why it is being rejected when are response was we are working on a resolution together. I have adjusted the invoice as requested and the response was "I will review this was my accountant" so not much more we can do at this time

We are in the process of resolving this issue.  While the clients statements are not complete or accurate we are working to resolve this matter.

Review: We ordered 1,100 copies of a vinyl record, to be pressed by Erika Records, and released and distributed by our record label. When we received the shipment, we took 1 record out of 5 different boxes to listen to them and make sure they were made correctly. 3 of the 5 records were defective. The 3 records were distorted, and the audio was swirling in and out. We contacted the company through our rep, [redacted], for a replacement order and were denied. We were denied because we signed a waiver that protects them from risks associated with skipping a test pressing. A test pressing would not have helped since only part of the order is defective; The records that are not defective sound great. If we received the test pressing, it would have sounded like the good copies and we would have approved it and received the exact same partially defective records. We had 2 different sound engineers listen to a good copy and a bad copy and they both agreed with us. This release was scheduled for April 19th 2014 on Record Store Day. We have money invested in promotion for the release that will probably be lost if we do not get the release in time. Also, if we sent this release as is to our distributors, they would end up sending most of the product back and dropping us. Our customers would lose trust in our product. We can do nothing with the product we received.Desired Settlement: We would like the defective records to be replaced. A new pressing, that is carefully checked by the staff, would be needed so we do not have such a large shipment of defective product shipped and time/money wasted. The covers are fine; Just the records themselves need to be replaced.

Erika concerning the Revdex.com should be dismissed in time by Mr. [redacted]
