Review: One year ago I bought a bracelet from this company. I had to bring it in for repair three times but have had to go in several times. November, upon picking it up, they reconfigured my whole bracelet. What I went to pick up is a completely different bracelet and I told them it was unacceptable. After some exchange through email (which I can provide) an agreement was met for a full refund check to be sent to my home address. I have not yet received any check or any more communication from the company. P.S.- If you need any documentation, please let me know.Desired Settlement: Full Refund: $315.73
