I just wanted to share an experience with Brightside Dental in Canton My husband went in for a routine root canal The dentist ended up perforating the root, places a temporary that started to crumble an hour later and not completely cleaning the root out This was back in Oct The office had to send him to a specialist The perforation was irreparable, so now he has to have the tooth pulled and an implant put in We have attempted to work with the Canton office, the Livonia office, the managing members This is June months later In an effort to make amends, just last week, they sent a waiver of liability A major mistake was made by one of their dentist but they only want to make amends on their terms We cannot in good conscious accept this It’s important that others know about Brightside Please pass this info along so others won’t have to suffer Dental pain is no fun To have to deal with it in such an extreme way, with little care from the entity that provi
