***, we decided the best course of action was for me to send Mr *** a payment for the amount of the Intent to Lien so he could pay the subcontractor directly and obtain a lien waiver directly from the sub.This has been done and I thank Mr *** for his patience and cooperation and of course for his business.Thank you,*** Erskine
