Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In response to the message from Espinoza Trucking, when I contracted Amos, I asked for a quote on the price to make an entrance to the property which would allow an RV access. Not even a vehicle can access the property without getting high centered after paying him $1260.He sent pictures as he was working which did not show the high center issues that would prevent an RV or even vehicle to have access.I believed since he is in the business to make roads he would know what he was doingWhen my son, who is also the owner of the new property and I actually went to the site, we deemed it inaccessable.Amos, at this time wanted to add additional costs of more dirt and labor to this project which was the second time he had done this.My son talked him through the slope that would not entail any additional dirt which he should have thought through the first time He agreed to come back the next week to resolve the issues he had created. After several months of giving us the runaround we contacted the Revdex.com for resolve on an expensive project that will serve no purpose.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted]
I received your letter today, dated Jnuary 5, 2018. MrAmos E*** continues to claim that he does not "work unless he gets paid for the work". He was paid $1,for an impassable road. Why would we agree to pay the large sum of money for something we cannot use. I believe he thought he was only dealing with a woman and that there would be no accountability for an improper job. I would like to add one additional note. MrE*** has stated that we are being unreasonable. It is not unreasonable to expect that we have a passable road as was discussed on the commencement of this projectI believe what is unreasonable here, is that Mr E*** took our $for a project not completed properly
On July I build a road into Ms***'s land so she could have access to her landwhich located in the steapest and rockier part of the subdivisionMs*** was charged for hours on my excavatorat 75/hour, hours on my dump truck at 85/ hour to relocate dirt which she had dumped on
her adjacent nieghbors propertyAnd for a total of loads of road base at 130.00/ loadWhich total 1260.00. There was no charge forAdditional work for spreading of dirt and road base
I was never contracted, it was done hourly there was no written agreement! She was fine with the work, as matter of fact I have text from her where she was happy with the workUntil her some came down and changed the whole project which is now a change order, and be an additional costI never gave a run around I just realized that they wanted more work done at no cost at allI'm in business to make money not lose moneyYou will no longer be getting any further response from me in this issue! I was willing to work this issue out but these people are unreasonable, and I will not continue any other work unless they pay for more work
