Essence of Argan

I received products from this company after I left home for 6 months in Mexico which I did not order and funds were removed from my chequeing acct. contacted my bank and told them that the withdrawals were not authorized, called the company but was cut off several times, never got through, went on live chat and was told I am not eligible for a refund because the products I returned a week ago have been delivered but since I am not home did not send them back useing an RMA#, my roomer sent them back unopened. I did not know anything about the return #. There were 2 products from argan and from Idrotherapy with a total of $275.00 taken out of my acct which was unauthorized.

I ordered online in August on my *** trial samples of beauty products *** One was for Beautyskin-Global.com for $6.99 us conv to $9.33 cdn and other from Only-Argan for $7.49 is conv to $10.01 cdn which was I received. A few weeks later I was sent products again only this time it came from Mississauga while the first ones came from the states, I still have package it came in. *** I then signed up to see my *** account online and sure enough I was charged unauthorized on my next statement in which I had not received yet in mail aug 20th from Only-Argan a charge of $119.15 cdn and on Aug 22 a charge of $133.69 from Beautyskin and on same statement another charge Sept 5 from Only Argan for $130.32 cdn and on sep 6th a change of $145.02 from Beautyskin I knew then I was scammed so on sept 9, I called *** to tell them *** I would not pay for the 4 charges ***. They reassured me they could help and asked that I call *** to cancel, I said I never ordered them to cancel but they insisted I needed to contact them to get a cancellation number...I then called this number 3 consecutive days and it was constantly busy, I even called at 1 am. I called *** security and advised them of this but they kept insisting they needed a cancellation number. I then noticed on the package that it came from Mississauga while the first shipment package was from the states so I looked up number and called them on sept 18 and told them I was scammed and wanted credit for 4 items I never ordered and she said I was sent an email stating I had 14 days to return, I told them I never got an email from them and when I asked them what email they sent it to, they did not have my correct email so I tried to ask if I could return and get refunded for them and she said no, she could only cancel. I then called *** back and gave them my cancellation numbers and they were to get back to me in which they never did so I called them back on oct 3nd and got *** who said I needed to pay the minimum on my account of $13.00 because it was due next day and to call them back and explain what happened and see what they say. I called oct 2nd and spoke to *** who offered that I could return 2 only of the product at my expense or she could issue a 50% refund *** I said no way. I then called *** back and told him my conv. and he said I should of taken the offer ***i even told them not to pay these 4 amounts because I had no intention of paying for them, they could take me to court but I was not paying the $528.18 in which I was charged. *** said he would call me back in which he didn't so I called again on oct 29 and spoke to a woman *** who read my notes and said I agreed to their terms and indicated they could do no more..again, I said I would stop using my card then because I was not paying the $528.18 and now was being charged interest on $414.02 which was less than the $528.28 so there should not be any interest charges but yet was charged $11.05 in which I'm hoping I also get back. She said said I agreed to their terms and I said I never agreed to their terms because they had an incorrect email address, I asked what can I do and she suggested to contact you
