I purchase a whole kitchen full of [redacted] appliances form these peopleIn December of water started leaking from the icemaker in ouridgeInitial service call was in January of It is now July and after months I still have water leaking out of my fridge on to our hardwood floors and damaging my kitchen cabinetsSince the initial problem the cooling system has failed and the compressor, evaporator, and valves been replacedWe have spent weeks without a working fridge in our kitchenSomehow in the world of [redacted] and Essex Appliance Centre this is acceptableWe still have a fridge that pours water on to the floor if we don't have the water shut off, a [redacted] Microwave that has a door that won't open and a [redacted] Dishwasher that the plastic roller system for the top rack is broken so you cant put anything in it I requested a replacement fridge due to the inability of Essex Appliance to resolve these issues weeks agoStill waitingLatest tech who came to look at our fridge said he wouldn't touch it!

It is now July and after 7 months I still have water leaking out of my fridge on to our hardwood floors and damaging my kitchen cabinets. Since the initial problem the cooling system has failed and the compressor, evaporator, and valves been replaced. We have spent 7 weeks without a working fridge in our kitchen. Somehow in the world of [redacted] and Essex Appliance Centre this is acceptable.
