We have attached our terms of saleWe did box and ship item for buyer, as we did for numerous buyersEverything was packaged with plenty of packingFine Pieces of Tiffany and other pieces of delicate glass all arrived to their destinations safely. This gentleman phoned and demanded we fire the people responsible for packing their itemWe advised them to contact their post office and deal as we are not responsible Again the gentleman was very rude and demanding.? and that his item is the only complaint we receivedNot one piece of delicate glass and porcelain that was shipped overseas was damaged.? The gentleman called back a few weeks later again being rude and obnoxious to a point where we had to end the conversation ? We did answer his second call and did try to explain that we are not responsible and he had to file a report? ? with the post office and file a claim, they carry a minimum amount insurance for damaged packages, and they usually tag and document damagesfor some reason his destroyed package was not tagged ?? ? It has gotten to the point of harassmentOur terms & conditions are self explanatory and his item was delivered undamaged

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Almost everything this seller has said in his response is a lieThe woman in his shop that we originally spoke to wouldn't even admit that they shipped the package, which he himself is now admittingAs you can see by the photos attached, the top of the piece - which is the most delicate, was not even cushioned and actually broke through part of the top of the box during shipping! This obviously would not have happened had this piece been properly packaged prior to shippingThe packaging job was truly inadequate In fact, the seller admitted while on the phone that they don't like to ship for customers because of these very types of situations! By this statement alone it is obvious that this is not the first time something like this has happened, and yet they continue to offer shippingI was in no way rude to this gentleman, in fact I was hung up on TWICEAs a matter of fact, I offered a compromise to this issue which was rejected in fullFor him to suggest that we contact the postal service about this shipping issue is absurd, since there was no insurance or tag placed on the itemFor them to push this off on the postal service is ridiculousIf this is the way that they handle their business affairs for a $item, shame on them
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
