However, her story was not true. First of all, this dress was second time we cleaned and she bought this dress more than year ago. She also said she paid this dress about $400, in the Georgetown. Next, [redacted] provided us where she purchased the dress (see Attachment 1). And next day, our plant manager went to that location with the dress and talked to the supervisor. The supervisor kindly went through the file and found about that dress. She told me they stopped selling that dress more than one year ago and the price was $169.99(see attachment 2).
According to “International Fair claims guide for consumer textiles Products", adjustment value of replacement cost for a dress with more than one year is 20% to 30% with excellent condition (see attachment 3&4).
We have been this location since September, 1990. It is more than 25 years. We believe our
services are excellent, fair and very professional.

Review: Two pieces were given to the dry cleaners. The first required alternation service which was not ready at the time of pick-up. I waited for them to finish the alteration and they did not apologize once, instead they asked me when I dropped it off today (I dropped it off a week ago). This happened the second time, the first time was with a dry cleaning order that was missing a shirt. They never told me and I only realized when I looked at the receipt.
I gave them a well-made new suit for cleaning. The belt strap broke off. They didn't say anything only till I looked at receipt while waiting for the alteration. As soon as I mentioned it they said I gave it to them like that and that suit manufactures don't spend enough time stitching the belt straps. Instead of offering to resolve the multiple issues or simply apologize they are combative.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of services related to all three transactions and $25 to repIr the belt strap damage from another tailor.
