When I told him about the problem he said that his tow truck was not working - immediately when I left the dealership the car stopped - my grandmother had the car towed to my house - we thought it needed a jump - it would not start with a jump - I am only -years old I asked my mother for help so she called the dealership and asked if they could look at the car - when I finally heard back after several calls I was told that I needed a new engine- I asked what we could do to resolve this he said he'd give me a new car if I paid another to down payment and transfer the money I owed onto a another car I didn't think that was fair as all my payments made on the car I purchased would be lost and I'm just a kid my money isn't as great as everybody else and I didn't find it to be fair that I was sold a car that had these kind of issues because I never drove the car when it over heated I know better than that something was wrong with the car I stopped paying on it because I wanted a fair resolution I found someone to fix the car and Dan told me it was more to fix it than I owed and he is right so that's why I'm asking to consider the car paid in full to reduce the cost of the car under the circumstances

[redacted] purchased the car 06/01/2015 AS IS , in February 2016 she told me the car was over heating. I suggested she drop the car off so we could check it out, she never brought the car in. I did not hear from [redacted] till March 29th,2016. She said the car overheated and would not start,...

she ask if we could take a look at it . I told her it would be $40.00 for Tow but that we would check it out for free. A day or so later we checked it out it had no compression (blowed head gasket ) from over heating. I called told her the cost . and did not hear back from her. She quit making car payments.
