November 21, 2016RE: Complaint ID# ***To Whom It May
Concern:This letter is in response to the above referenced complaintCustomer *** *** is demanding a lifetime warranty for the product she purchasedUnfortunately, no such warranty was ever offered by Eternity Memorials, LLC because no such warranty existsIt has been explained to Ms*** on numerous occasions that due to the fact that the product she purchased is under the care of a third party, *** *** *** *** (cemetery) and is permanently placed outdoors, we are not able to offer such a warrantyInterestingly enough, once Ms*** was billed for the final balance of $331.10, she brought up the issue of a chip/damage on part of the metal flower vase unit that is attached to the memorial markerThat damage was not present when the final product was delivered to the cemetery a month and a half priorIn fact, the cemetery has very strict rules and does not accept damaged memorial markersHad there been any damage to Ms***’s daughter’s memorial marker, delivery would have been refused. As a courtesy, a new metal flower vase was ordered at no additional costA few days later, Ms*** was informed that her new vase was ready for replacement but that the final balance had to be paid before we could switch out the vasesMs*** still refused to pay and stated that she would just go ahead and keep the damaged vase so that she did not have to pay the final balanceIt was explained to her that we had already ordered a new vase for her like she had asked and that whether she chose to keep the damaged vase or accept the new one, she still had to pay the final amount due on her invoiceAfter more than months past due, Ms*** finally paid the invoice but then began to make demands of a lifetime warrantyIt was explained to her again that we offered no such warranty. Also, I did want to bring to your attention that her ex-husband, *** ***, has had no complaints whatsoever about the memorial marker, which he paid for as wellAttached are three different emails from Mr***, expressing his complete satisfaction with our company and our services. It seems Ms*** is harassing and defaming Eternity Memorials due to the fact that she had to pay her invoice in fullIn the end, Ms*** received the exact product she ordered from day one. Please let me know if there is any additional information that you would like for me to provideI can be reached via email or by telephone at ***Regards,*** *** Eternity Memorials, LLCLake Forest, CA

RE: Complaint ID# [redacted]To whom it may concern:This letter is in response to the above referenced complaint. Customer [redacted] is making defamatory allegations. All of her claims are false.Customer has been provided with product exactly as ordered - a SOLID Blue Pearl granite marker measuring...

28' x 16’ x 3 with deep carve engraving finished with a black highlight for the lettering and for the outline of the design. The marker meets the exact criteria as specified by the [redacted] Cemetery, to which marker has been delivered. If the marker did not meet such criteria, it would not have passed the inspection performed by cemetery staff and delivery would have been refused immediately. In fact, upon further inspection of the marker by cemetery staff, it was also determined that Customer is indeed making false allegations. Please refer to attached photos of marker before and after installation. Attached is also a photo showing what Blue Pearl Granite looks like. After reviewing that photo, you will note that the marker received by Customer is indeed Blue Pearl granite. As for the installation of the marker, Customer has been advised numerous times now that the issue needs to be addressed with the cemetery since marker installation services are provided by cemetery staff ONLY, not by Eternity Memorials, LLC as falsely claimed by Customer. [redacted] Cemetery does not allow any marker installations to be performed by third parties. In conclusion, it is my opinion that Customer seems to be discontent for personal reasons and has sought to defame Eternity Memorials, LLC. Please contact me for any further information.Respectfully[redacted] Eternity Memorials, LLC
