At this time, I have been contacted directly by Eternity regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The [redacted] by the name of [redacted] has contacted me and he said he was going to replace the glasses however he did not have the same ones he stated he had to order them days later he stated that he needs the ones I have because he needs to send them to a female located in Florida and now he states that he does not know if they will be replaced if anything am I willing to pay him dollars for a new pair which I am not willing to pay do to the fact that I payed so much for them already he has my original pair just waiting on him In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I spoke to the customer ( ** *** *** ) and I gave her a new pair of glasses even thought it was her fault that her 1st pair got broken

Even thou he states that the eye wear was broken due to my fault which it was notHowever, he did replace them I have to return the originals due to the fact I had to get my prescription lens off the broken pair Thank you

Review: I purchased cazal eye wear from this store and I registered the product for warranty for my husband now that they broke due to manufacture the store dies not want to replace them I payed 600 for this product and I contacted the warranty company and they informed me that the store needs to replace the item which the [redacted] refuses to replace the eye glasses that my husband needs because they are prescribedDesired Settlement: I need them to be replaced or I would appreciate my 600 dollars back to purchase another pair at a different location
