To Whom it May Concern : Hello we are responding to complaint [redacted] At the time of purchase of the vehicle [redacted] has provided us with different ID Cards one from NY City and another from North CarolinaThis caused confusion at the 3rd party that registers our vehicles out of stateThe paperwork is currently in process with the 3rd party M and D Services "On Spot Plates" and we are expecting it back by Monday December 8th If you have any further questions please contact me @ [redacted] or the 3rd party agency directly @###-###-####T

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I assume they have video of me racing the car, because I have a witness that was there with me when I was told a million liesI also have hours of video driving normalMy conversation on the phone (with a differnt bank) stated my average income was 20,Which they told me the bank denied because my paystubs didnt support thatMy paystubs showed I make bettween 16,-a year which I sent to them and showed themI don't understand how they reached $42,espically with a bank I never had a conversation withI had a conversation with the orginal lender which was denied because I apperantly "lied"I was driven to a different bank and basically forced to sign another loanI did sign papers of as-is, but consumer protection laws should defend customers when a dealership sells a car that failed within monthI am not trying to get someone to pay for my car when I broke itThe engine came with a blown turbo seal, which burned all the oilThere are people that actually race this car on the track with same miles and no upgrades, yet they don't blow a turbo sealI drove the car notmal as I commuted from my house in [redacted] The dealership also did an oil change on the car which could have showed that the car was missing an excessive amount of oil, as well as possible metal fragment in the oil due to the already existing oil conditionIf they had done an oil change then the oil should have lasted 3,miles, however it doesntThey're only response is that a salesman saw me racing the carI could very well say that I saw the salesmen doing drugs, but without proof it is heresay I am tired of them accusing me of racing a car with no proof of excessive abuseThey keep responding with information with no proofI have proof of my email with pay stubs, proof of oil change and proof of warrenty (which they denied they ever sold me then edited their post to accusing me of abuse again as well as calling a customer a liar in publicI have proof of this as well) I have conversations with them laughing at me saying they hear me racing my car(when the car has been parked immobile)I am asking for them to right a wrong and rather then doing that or even trying to help a customer with another solution they attack their customerI have talked to other clients of theirs that have had the same problem with them, and how they lied to them during the sale, and promised fixing everything afterMy only mistake was buying a car from this scam of a dealershipI would like to see the credit application they have as I don't recall siging such a paper that stated that.I am willing to find a medium solution for both parties, or they can continue attack meI seriosuly wonder where they come up with half of their liesRegards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

there was various reasons for the delay as outlined by both parties in the exchangesSubsequently the customer received the registration package and the matter was resolvedManagement regrets the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused the customer; the same was communicated to the customer at the time

I am rejecting this response because: When I purchased this vehicle I only provided a North Carolina Drivers license which is the only Drivers License I holdAs a dealer it should a given where to register the car I called this business several weeks ago and was told that it is fine and being registered and to allow weeksIt has been over weeks and now after I file an official complaint they tell me yet another week and it's with a "third party"The bank told me just business days ago that the business didn't have the title on hand when they sold the car which is fraudThe bank and myself have been left without professional response to the situation and it was pure incompetence to sell this car without proper title to handle the registrationThis process should never have taken over months and I cannot drive my vehicle because of their slow pace to resolve this issue

[redacted] did purchase a vehicle from us [redacted] was also witness by our salesman at the dealership "racing" the vehicle on the highway [redacted] was told after this incident that he needed to stop doing that to his vehicle and that it was bad for the vehicle and could cause damage, especially to a vehicle with about 120,miles on itHe did not listen and ended up "blowing out" his engineNow he wants someone else to pay for his egregious driving [redacted] was told this when he came to the dealership, about what we saw him doingHe denied nothing and said NOTHING about itnow that he has time to reflect he wants to try another route to get some to pay for his mistake [redacted] also stated that we lied about his incomeWe did notWe also have a signed Credit Application of $24,per year and another $per month at [redacted] , bringing his total income to $33,per yearThis is what we submitted to the bankas well, [redacted] did a "phone interview" with the bank himself stating his income himselfMoreover, the 3rd party warranty company never was told we would take the car back, this type of matter is not covered by the warranty company Taking the car back is not even their decisionWe also have in our possession THREE separate documents showing the vehicle is sold "AS IS", which are signed and we would be happy to producealso, we have his signature on " The New Jersey Lemon Law Form" which clearly states that a vehicle over 100,miles, which his has, and more than years old, which his vehicle is years oldwould be happy to produce for you as wellWe have all the signed documents for this clientany other further matter that you need please let us know, we will produce any and all documents needed

We have all the signed information as stated before The client even acknowledges that he signed the "AS IS" paperwork All of it, signed in three different documentation spotsstating that fact The vehicle was NOT sold with any known issues and the client had all the opportunity in the world to have this vehicle inspected prior to taking possession I can fax to you any documentation you may need at the Revdex.com if you like

To start with [redacted] came to our dealership at about 9:PM, we close at 9PM, which is late to begin with We could have easily left and told him come back another day But, we waited for him We left after 10:30PM So we were quite courteous to oblige him to startSecond, we did have to charge him and extra $for a job that we told him was about $500, the "Tune" on the car, which was done, and we provided him full documentation of that being completed, including the paperwork and printout of the work done So, him saying that we lied about the work being done, is completely false! If we need to display that to you (Revdex.com), we can do that promptlyNext, [redacted] states that he took his new vehicle to a 'Professional Tuner", which we are, and had the car looked at He states in his letter that he was told his car was running "Rich and Lean" This is ridiculous It cannot run rich and lean It is either one or the other Cannot be both! It is like saying someone is rich and poor Makes no sense So I doubt the validity of what he is stating completely in this matter Hence, his $1,request for work he said this "tuner" told him he needed is bogus Moreover, we would have been more than happy to let [redacted] e take this vehicle anywhere he wanted to have it looked at, or if he wanted to bring a mechanic to look at it, we would have complied with this request as well Next, when it comes to a spare key, if we have it we give it to the customer There is nothing we can do with an extra key as it is only programmed to that vehicle If we come across a second key, which happens sometimes as we receive it after the fact from the Auction when we buy the cars, we would send it to him There is no benefit for us to keep the key We have no use for it We cannot make one up after the fact, and mail one, we need the car so we can have the Mitsubishi dealership, in this case, make the new key to match the vehicle As for fixing [redacted] 's own vehicle, that he drove to the dealership in that evening, he damaged hi own car on the ride to our dealership! He wanted us to fix his car, in the pouring rain, when the dealership service department was closed?! Part of his bumper was hanging, we gave him "ties" to try to fix it himselfHe wanted our salesman to lay on the ground, in the rain, and try to fix HIS car We were no more equipped to do that than him It was 10:PM at night What could we do? We gave him the means to try to temporarily fix his own car, the one he damage himself We assisted the best we could with providing the means for him (the ties) to fix his carI do not think I need to explain more on the issue he created himself on the way over to our dealership We have contacted [redacted] , and attempted to assist in making him feel more valued about his purchase [redacted] has posted several reviews, making up stories that people were drinking while he was here in an attempt to garnish additional favor He has sinced removed that statement about the drinking, because we would have definitely pursued legal action against him for defamation, because he knows it was a lie on his behalf Again going to his character We have sent a letter/email to [redacted] and agreed on the terms, in an attempt to try to assist our client in feeling better about the situation, and to resolve this matter amicably between both parties We sent this letter to [redacted] on 8/18/after we agreed We have not heard back from him since Once again, goes to his character
