Thank you for giving me the opportwtlty to respond to our customer's concern with our automatic delivery schedule. I see by the delivery history and notes on Mr. [redacted]'s account that there appears to be a problem with the gauges on our propane tanks which has caused us to make some assumptions...

about his usage that were not accurate. I have called Mr. [redacted] to find out what his gauges are reading as of January 9th and have scheduled his next delivery. I have also changed his delivery schedule so that we will deliver a little more often to help insure that he does not run out of propane. As l mentioned to him, we will also plan to replace his propane. tanks with new ones in the spring so that we can both rely on the gauges being accurate for the future.
