compressor on the smaller of the two units was running but not pumping refrigerant, we determined that the compressor needed to be replacedWe took the model and serial numbers off the unit name plate and ordered the compressor which
came from Kansas City, there was a delivery problem and it took an extra day to get the compressor inOur deliveries normally come in at 12:pm but this day it was late, we called
the company and they assured us the compressor would be here soon, so we sent our service technician out to start reclaiming refrigerant and removing the compressor so we would be ready to install the new compressor when it arrived
When our technician got to her house *** opened the lower garage door and he walked past the two units and noticed the larger condenser was humming like the contactor was pulled in but the unit was not runningBoth *** and Shannon went to the breaker panel and the breaker was tripped, he reset the breaker and by the time he got to the outside unit the breaker had tripped againHe decided to start reclaiming the refrigerant out of the smaller unit which takes about minutes, while reclaiming the smaller unit and with the breaker tripped on the larger unit he opened the inspection door on the larger unit and tested the wiring with his meter and found the compressor was shorted to ground causing the breaker to tripHe looked at the nameplate to get the model and serial number and noticed that it was actually for the other unit which was smaller, this unit was largerSomeone had switched doors on the two units, and the compressor we had ordered was for the larger unit not the smaller unit
Our technician went back and told Mrs*** what had happened, that the compressor was shorted to ground and that the emcrgency heat strips were heating her house on the larger unitWhen the compressor is delivered it can be installed on the larger unit since that was the compressor that was ordered because the doors had been switchedShe accused him of deliberately shorting out the compressor and told him to put the units back together and leave
Mrs*** called my office but I was on another line, I called her right back and my service technician was still there, I informed her that the compressor had just arrived at the shop and that we could install it in the larger unit and get her up and running, but we would have to order
another compressor for the smaller unit now that we had the correct model number

Mrs*** did not want our technician to touch any of her units, she accused Shannon of shorting out the compressor on the larger unit and was very rude and degrading to himTwo days later the sheriff deputy called me and explained that they get many calls to their office from Mrs*** and she complains about every little thing and he said she is crazyHe doesn't normally get involved with problems like this but he asked if we would go back and replace the compressor and I said I would talk to Shannon, but he refused to go back because she was so rude, degrading, and untrustingYou can call the Stone County Sheriff Office, they know her well and I am sure they have a record of this and can shed light on her personality
Shannon has worked for me for years and I have never had a complaint, only good things said about ShannonHe is NATE certified, has been to all the Lennox classes to keep up on the latest technology and is very politcIn a small community like ours word gets around quickly if a business tries to take advantage, trick or cheat someone, we have been here for years and have a clean reputation
We did not charge Mrs*** for any of the service trips or for shipping the compressor to us or back to the manufacturerThe breaker was tripped on the large unit when we arrived at her house that day, we reset the breaker and it tripped again because the compressor was shorted to ground, nothing that we did to short it out

This person is not telling the truth, the first time the technician came to my house I showed him the small unit a ton and took him up stairs and showed him the mate in the attic and asked him to check it out and let me know if it could be fixedthe technician then went outside and when I saw him again, he was inside my garage looking at the unite in there, I asked him what is going on in hereHe said I had a leak, I told him there were no leak and that unit which is a ton was fine, he then said he had filled it with freeon and could not get a leak outside because it was to windyI told him I was not paying him to check that unit, it was fine, I left the garage and entering the back yard I saw that he had taken both units apart with parts everywhereI asked him nicely to put the larger unit back together because I was just getting an estimate on the smaller oneHe then told me the pump was out, I asked if it could be fix, he said yes he could replace the pump, but he had to order itI gave him the ok to order the ton unit, when he came back he begin to take the ton unit apart, that is when I asked to see the pump he t5hen told me he did not have the part but he was taking the Freon out off the smaller unit and the lady from the office was going to bring the part when it comeI then went to the garage for something and heard the circuit breaker jump off, I quickly went back where he was and he had open up the ton unit and said to me I was just checking some wires and they shorted out, he then said somebody put the wrong panel on your smaller unit and I ordered the wrong part, the good thing about this I have the part for this unit, I can install this one and at least you can have some heatYes I was angry because he was not to bother that unit I already had that unit looked at but the guy said it could not be fixed he would have to replace that small unit and the one in the one upstairs because it could not be fixedThis guy shorted out my ton unit because he needed to use that part he ordered by mistakeI did not ask him to put Freon in that larger unit that why I went to there office to get a estimate of what he did I tried to turn the circuit breaker back on an was shocked fire came out and that had never in the years I have lived herethey are delivery lying about this situationYes I have called the police out to my house, being a black woman and alone, the people in this neighborhood often pick on me lawyers charge me $just to write a letter, so I started calling the police, One officer asked me what I was doing up in here anyway, said this was red neck country, and that hurt because I am an AMERICAN too*** ***

My first response was 100% correct
The ton condenser was not running and the breaker was tripped when we arrived at her house, our service technician went to the breaker panel with *** *** and reset the breaker and before he could walk to the unit the breaker tripped againWith the power off to the ton unit he checked continuity with his ohm meter and found the compressor windings were shorted to ground, the compressor needs to be replacedThe compressor was shorted out before we even arrived at her house, this is an older unit that has had repairs on in the past and could break down at any timeWe are not responsible

My ton unit was put in new in and the ton unit was installed in but quit working properly and the owners refuse to fix it, so I decided to go somewhere else to get it fixI called Mike Jones at De Long plumbing to check it out and he said the pump was out and I would have to replace the ton and the unit in the up stairs attic so I called All Seasons for a second opinion, that is all he was to give me, so after telling him a number of times to leave the other unit alone he told me the ton pump was out, I then asked him if there was a fix, he said yes we change the pump but I would have to order one I gave him permission to order the pump and told him to put both units back together because I am only paying for work on the tonWhen he came back he took both panels apart again I was angry and asked to see the pump that when he told me he did not have itI would like to hear from the owner because *** and his mechanic are playing gamesE***
