Best price anywhere !! Exactly what I ordered and received it a day sooner than they said I would , a new customer for life

I recently purchased a part from Everest Parts Supplies. The part worked for about 10 minutes and quit working. I returned the defective part to them, expecting a refund. They claim to have tested the part and that it worked fine. Everest will not refund my money and sent the part back to me. I reinstalled the part in my mower & it still does not work. I would have to say they are only interested in money, not customer satisfaction. I hope they sleep well knowing this is not good business and will close the doors soon.
