Evergreen Heating & Cooling

If you have heating or cooling needs you can't go wrong with Evergreen. Everyone from the owner who bid the job of installing a new furnace to replace a century old coal furnace to the install crew were personable and professional. We could not be happier with our new Rudd gas furnace. The inspector commented that these guys always do things right.

We had a great experience from the bid to completion. I may have been a bit over informed, as we had 7 bids, and [redacted] was very patient and helped me work through all of my questions pretty objectively and never leading me to go with them. He also came by the house twice so that I could get an exact number on the bid to better compare to the others. That paired with the fact that he was the mid range price point, and used [redacted] products made Evergreen the place we went with. The guys who came to install were very friendly and courteous, they did great work and cleaned up everywhere they worked better than how they found it. Everything went very smoothly and ended up exactly how they said it would. There were no surprises, and when I added one thing last-minute, no one complained and it was added at a fair price. I hope I don't see them anytime soon at the house, but I trust if there are any issues they'll be taken care of quickly and professionally.
