To Whom it May Concern: I have read this customer's complaint and here is My response: First, no where on our website does it specifically state these 14kt gold heart pendants are $It just doesn’t make sense especially when all of the other pendants we feature on our website in lower grade materials cost more than $In fact there is no price listed on this specific product page because we have text on the site that states "Call for Price - 800.293.3778" where the price usually goesThis is because of the fluctuating cost in gold and our supplier doesn't have their prices listed for us either The $the customer is referring to is the cost of the black satin cording which is the lowest cost item under the options for this particular pendant The text that stated the satin cord was free was a typo that had been overlooked, but has since been corrected When we received the order we saw the - $satin cords as the option she chose for the pendant, but the pendants were never paid for in the first place because she failed to contact us for a priceWe kindly notified her of this and mentioned the actual cost for these pendantsShe expressed she wasn't going to pay this amount so we simply cancelled the order and refunded her money I would have gladly sent her free satin cords to make up for the typo had she actually purchased the pendants, but she didn'tShe states she thought she paid $for a 14kt gold pendant valued at almost $1,Well, I honestly don't know of any place on Earth where this kind of deal exists and the merchant can still stay in business Contrary to her belief that this was a baiting strategy, it is plain to see it isn’tEspecially when you consider this is the only item on our entire website for this type of occurrenceAdditionally, if we were baiting customers to purchase 14kt gold pendants why would we advertise them for $then come back and tell customers they were actually 5000% more? Here is my response to ***’s rejection:Yes we did have a listing for 14kt gold heart cremationpendants with no price listed for this item because we had written on this item for the customer to call us for the priceThe fact that it did not have a price listed in no way meant the item was free, which is what this customer is basically trying to sayWe have never had a problem in the past with customers “thinking” a 14kt gold pendant was selling for $They have always called to ask for the current price as requested on our website.Well we have since removed this entire product listing so as not to confuse anyone else, although this is honestly the only time this has happenedWe never thought anyone would try to take advantage of a situation like this. Also, I am confused as to why she would just now introduce the accusation that I reacted “very loud and aggressive on the phone”This is simply untrue and she knows itWhy didn’t she lead with this in her original complaint? I know from my own experience that when an employee at an establishment I was patronizing has been rude to me or aggressive, that is the first thing I mention in a complaint to the managementThe fact that it is now brought up doesn’t make much senseBut oh well I digressAny purchase made on our website whether via computer or mobile device cannot be completed unless there is an acceptance of our Terms and ConditionsIt is just not possible as a customer must tick a checkbox agreeing to them on our website before completing the purchase, and on any mobile device there is text below the order button that states you agree to our terms and conditions by pressing the button to complete the order. That being said, our ‘Terms and Conditions’ state under the heading:***Order Accepting PolicyYour receipt of an order confirmation in any form does not necessarily constitute finality of the saleClassic Memorials, Inc. retains the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any reasonWe may require additional information and/or verification before accepting the order.Link: http://www.everlifememorials.com/v/company/terms-conditions.htm***Because she wasn’t interested in paying the full price for the pendants we simply informed her the order would be cancelled and her $40 returned which is exactly what we didShe has agreed to this by virtue of placing an order with us and agreeing to our terms and conditions

I am rejecting this response because:As I have stated, I have a receipt showing I ordered and paid for 20- 14 kt gold heart pendants. (please see #1 attached document)     You can clearly also see this information on my order status.  (please see #2 attached document)You can see where it clearly states free black satin cord. ( please see #8 attached document)You can clearly see sort by price low to high.  (please see #9 attached document) I never looked at the material of the pendant as stated prior, I was looking for cheap.  When I did the lowest to highest that pendant was first. Why was the last three pendants listed 14 Kt gold and listed with prices but no price on the first pendant?  I assumed the pendants were $2.00 each as stated and that you received a free satin cord with purchase of pendant as stated. All documentation is attached.I have never been offered anything to settle.  To be entirely honest 20 heart pendants would of made me happy!Regards,

I have read this customer's complaint and here is My response:
First, no where on our website does it specifically state these 14kt gold

pendants we feature on our website in lower grade materials cost more than $In
fact there is no price listed on this specific product page because we have
text on the site that states "Call for Price - 800.293.3778" where
the price usually goesThis is because of the fluctuating cost in gold and our
supplier doesn't have their prices listed for us either
The $the customer is referring to is the cost of the black satin cording
which is the lowest cost item under the options for this particular pendant
The text that stated the satin cord was free was a typo that had been
overlooked, but has since been corrected
When we received the order we saw the - $satin cords as the option she
chose for the pendant, but the pendants were never paid for in the first place
because she failed to contact us for a priceWe kindly notified her of this
and mentioned the actual cost for these pendantsShe expressed she wasn't going
to pay this amount so we simply cancelled the order and refunded her money
I would have gladly sent her free satin cords to make up for the typo had
she actually purchased the pendants, but she didn'tShe states she thought she
paid $for a 14kt gold pendant valued at almost $1,Well, I honestly don't
know of any place on Earth where this kind of deal exists and the merchant can
still stay in business
Contrary to her belief that this was a baiting strategy, it
is plain to see it isn'tEspecially when you consider this is the only item on
our entire website for this type of occurrenceAdditionally, if we were
baiting customers to purchase 14kt gold pendants why would we advertise them
for $then come back and tell customers they were actually 5000% more? Not a
very good baiting strategy
I am very sorry for her loss and there are other pendants we
feature on our website that are much lower in cost compared to the 14kt gold
pendants
Thank you
