My cat stop eating so I called VCA veterinary HospitalLady who answered my call said that this is emergency case "come in immediately" so I took him to VCA veterinary Hospital on 08-16-I saw Dr*** ***-***, DVM *years ago he took his teeth out at another Hospital so I was very concerned, I mentioned to herShe didn't care nor her assistantMy cat lost so much weight so I mentioned about itNobody weighted my catDr*** just took my cat and told me that my cat needs blood testI waited over one hour meanwhile my access ride came to pick me up twiceI couldn't say 3rd time I am not ready to go home so I explained to desk my situationFront desk made me pay $I paid by Visa cardThey told me that doctor *** will call meI waited days she didn't call me so I called back*** DVM called me and told me that my cat need another testThis point I wanted take my cat to another Animal Hospital who took his teeth out beforeI
