From: Odysseas P [redacted] < [redacted] @evolutionfinance.com>Date: Tue, Jul 14, at 12:PMSubject: Complaint ResponseTo: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgHi ***,It was a pleasure talking to you about complaint ID [redacted] As we discussed, we do not have any business relationship of any sort with the person who filed the complaint.Presumably they have an issue with the information listed on [redacted] However that info is completely accurate as it was obtained by the Florida Department of Financial Services To prove that, we would like to share with you that the Florida License Number associated with that profile is [redacted] and that her license expired on June 2013.Again while the person filing the complaint might be named [redacted] ***, there is no way for them to prove that there is NOT another [redacted] that was licensed as a Florida insurance agent - again info that originated from the Florida Department of Financial Services.Similar to Revdex.com, at WalletHub we enable consumers to write reviews about their experiences with financial professionals and financial companiesAs a result, we understand why some financial providers don't want reviews and try whatever they can to get their profiles removedHowever, we do not give in to such requests as our mission is to help consumers make smarter financial decisions and that entails being able to separate the good providers from the bad ones We also keep active profiles of insurance agents with expired licenses because we want to ensure that consumers don't engage with people that are no longer properly licensed. Please let us know if you have any questions but we feel strongly that this complaint should be dismissed as it does not relate to an actual customer and just questions the validity of info on our website that the complainer has no way of proving that relates to them and as a result is inaccurate.Best,Odysseas

From: Odysseas Papadimitriou Date: Mon, Jul 27, at 8:PMSubject: Re: Complaint ResponseTo: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgLet me clarify something This person is not a customer It is a random person that alleges that in the State of Florida there is no person with the name of [redacted] and insurance license [redacted] ( expired on June 2013) If you have any doubts about the integrity of our data then please contact the Florida Department of Financial Services and confirm the info so that you can finally dismiss this bogus complaintThe fact that this person shares the same name with an insurance broker does not give her the right to go around and question accurate information obtained from government sources

[redacted]. We promptly tried to dissolve the account, but never heard back from her to confirm the phone number (she did not specify it in her email, it was just in her signature - often times these are work numbers that are not registered in our system). You'll see she did not respond to us, and then filed the complaint that day. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks and have a great weekend,Jill G[redacted]Spokesperson###-###-####[redacted] Street NWWashington, DC 20006 ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: WalletHub Help <[redacted]> Date: Wed, Dec 07, 2016 at 2:32 PM Subject: Who are you? >> On Wed, Dec 07, 2016 at 2:32 PM Max <[redacted]> wrote: >> Hi [redacted],Thank you for contacting WalletHub Help.It sounds like one of our users simply made a typo when entering their phone number, so you started getting text messages from us instead. Those messages do not reflect your actual financial situation, as you did not create an account. That is why you did not receive a password reset e-mail.Those text message notifications are optional notifications, in case our users want on-the-go updates on their situation. With that said, is ###-###-####  the number you started getting our messages on? There is no contact phone on your website - red flag!I never received a password reset email from you so now I think this is a scam and will report you to Revdex.com today if you do not reach out to me.-- [redacted]###-###-####[redacted]

This user signed up for WalletHub's free credit monitoring service and started receiving genuine alerts about important changes on his Transunion credit report. These alerts did not originate from WalletHub, but from TransUnion. He did not like those alerts and decided to start swearing at...

WalletHub. The company responded to his emails repeatedly, but was only met with more swear words and unintelligible complaints. This user's desired settlement is a "correction to credit report", which WalletHub cannot fulfill because it is not a credit reporting agency or bureau. Instead, he should contact TransUnion directly to dispute any inaccuracies on his credit report. WalletHub has relayed this advice multiple times, without compliance from the user.To use an analogy, it is kind of like a passerby asking a restaurant for a glass of water, receiving it and then proceeding to complain because it didn't have bubbles.
