Review: I would not rent from this company again. I rented their "Karaoke" machine on Jan 15th 2014, but it was really just a music jukebox that had Karaoke on it. There was no ability to see the singer play list. The microphone for singing was distorted. Because there were 10 times the amount of regular songs, you had to sift through those to even find the Karaoke songs, so you could not easily find the karaoke songs. The music would periodically freeze while singing. There area few more issues. Most of which that my friends stopped using use the machine because it was too difficult to use. I called within a week and spoke with Brenda, let her know my concerns, and requested a refund. She said she would talk to the owners (Jose and Louis) and get back to me. I never heard back. I sent multiple emails and finally called Louis. He said he would speak to Jose and get back to me on Monday. That was 2 weeks ago. Would somebody who has authority at EME please contact me and get this resolved.I don't feel they rented me Karaoke equipment, so they have false advertising. The rented me a music jukebox I've also sent them a private message on Facebook.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a full refund of the $250.
