please be advised that customer license plates is coming from out of state not new jersey state cause of customer is unable to register his vehicle in NJ since he failed to provide the right document to department of motor vehicle thru us to get NJ plates for him, his plates will be in next week on Wednesday the 21 of September 2016(out of state) ..............regarding the mirror we did purchase for him the mirror from the Chrysler dealer and we did put it on for him .............we did do our best to help but I guess he still not happy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,according to our contract with customer car is sold as is , all documents is signed by customer in condition....................there is a contract and the contract control the terms of sale.regarding the delay of motor vehicle all delay was a cause of customer legal status and failure to provide NJ department of motor vehicle with the proper document (which is not our fault or even our concern that he is legal or not) our duty to get the plates for him and give the title to the bank who finance that vehicle.....................we did suffer with this customer a cause of instability in his legal status and his failure to comply with the law requirement (state of NJ department of motor vehicle) (points program)please we are telling you the absolute truth about this matter just ask this question ........................why a new jersey resident (Belleville -NJ ) request from us after we fail to register his car in NJ a cause of his legal status to register the car in the state of massatuches , when he is living in Belleville , NJ..................................all his complaints is fake , has no basis , and also it is in court to be decided ( customer did file a law suit complaint ( superior court of NJ - Bergen county ).we did answer this complaint to the best of our ability and we told the truth in full, pls remove us from unsolved complain status to resolved since we did do our full duty toward our client and he will receive his plates on Wednesday the st of September2016,,,,and finally the department of motor vehicle does not work for us and does request document and paper work to get things done and if we do not comply with any of there request things will not get done period

I am rejecting this response because: (1) cash for car are not saying the truth at all..this is all lies cause since 06/23/the car has no right side mirror and they let me take the car without the mirror and no horn and back right side window is not working and the starring wheel is shaking bad plus loud squeeze from the back when u push the brakes, I did sign the paper but I told the sales man Antonio that I can't fix all this issue cause I just got the car..they promised me to fix this(2) I'm legal in this country plus it's not the dealer problem that the customer who buy a car is legall or not as soon as his paper work is fine that's it..I gave them all the paper they asked me and boston dmv is just need a copy of the car title..I have witnesses from the mechanic next door to the dealer that I stopped by at his shop a lot of time knowing that cash for car is fixing the issue in the car...they trying to hurt me not helping me..I have my right document and I'm saying the truth for every single word I'm saying here..ending up that I have a piece of paper from Antonio as temporary extension and I show it to the police department and they told me this paper is useless and if the cops pull me over they will take the car this is fair and not proffessional to give me a fake piece of paper and till now they didn't give any plates
.I'm adding this info on the file that cash for car too give me the car for about %which is the car price is $tax and the $I put down payment that Will be the car price is $something..it's too much money for a used car to reach this amount

[redacted] to provide us with document to get his motor vehicle paperwork done(the delay is from his side due to immigration issues)mr [redacted] fail to provide the dealer with all necessary document due to his immigration status.mr [redacted] is a resident of nj & a cause of his immigration status he  decide to register vehicle in the state of Massachusetts and also fail to provide the mv with document.we have done nothing wrong and mr [redacted] is not telling the full true due to his illegal stay in the usa.we are ready to help him if he can provide us with the right document all claims about there is issue with the car is un true to cover up for his own problem.                                                                                            -----------------we  are ready to hep------------------

We did our job as always but they were late getting the motor vehicle back...

I as the owner of Cash your car inc am going to give a check for $ 150.00, why because our customers right or wrong are very inportant. The check will be mailed today. I belive this will close this matter.

please be advised that the customer is aware of this title problem issued in the state of California such a problem has been resolved last week and the title issued and we will have her plates and registration next week and pass them on to her I deeply apologize for any inconvenience.
