Love Excel. Hadn't had my tile cleaned since it was installed in1999. My whole house is tile: over 2000 square feet of it. Matt made it look brand new. Only took him a few hours. I had forgotten the original color of the grout. It's absolutely beautiful! So reasonable. Cheaper than all the other estimates I got. So much cheaper. I have recommended Excel Floor Care to many friends.
