I attached only a couple as it wouldn't let me attach any further. I would like to send you more info if possible? Here's an example below of the advertisements they send out which is NOT accurate. Zero I repeat zero of the leads that were sent to me were recent & confirmed and valid. Their QC dept. is supposed to verify every lead prior to sending it and this was never completed (I don't even believe they even have an actual QC dept). They're ripping people off & selling recycled old leads that were never valid to begin with or are over 3 months old, some as old as six months. This company shouldn't even be in business with this kind of business practice. I tried to work with them and gave them multiple chances to send me what was promised and that never happened. I spoke with Laurence and emailed them quite a bit about the issues I was having, even from the very beginning right after I spoke to one of the first leads/people the lead/customer said she requested info 4-5 months ago prior to me receiving it when its supposed to be current. they only replied to a small portion of the emails I sent them and didn't return my calls when they said they were going to. Exclusive Leads will need additional time to respond in detail about this claim because the Customer disputed Credit Card of $980.00.Our Credit card processor is appealing the dispute, but informed us that it will take up to days for a resolution of the disputeThey also advised us that
if thedispute is in the customers favor that we could use other means to collect any deficiency.This customer signed a termination agreement that called for notice by certified mailThis was not provided No leads were returned by the agreed methodA charge back will be issued if and only if the lead transferred does not fit the above parameters, has the wrong phone number or does not fall into the geographical areas agreed upon in the agreementNo charge back will be issued for low contact ratio, lack of follow up, untrained Loan Officers, or lack of lenders to fund the loansRequests for replacement leads must be made within days of the lead dateThe lead must be faxed back to EXCLUSIVE LEADS with notes on why the lead is not validThe notes must be handwritten by the Loan Officer who worked the lead including date and time called.
