We've had an expensive, frustrating experience with this companyOn a service call by Doug S [redacted] , we were required to pay in full for warranty work ($500) because the manufacturer had some issuesI kept in touch with MrS [redacted] and the manufacturer At one point I was told by the manufacturer that MrS [redacted] had been sent one of the two replacement parts but that he needed to call the manufacturer to clarify the other partI called MrS [redacted] immediately upon hanging up with the manufacturer and informed him of this problemPossibly he did not follow through and the manufacturer was out of business within three months MrS [redacted] offered to share the loss we both sustained and we accepted in writing, but a check was never received We felt that would have been fair, under the circumstances So we were out the entire amount We have been patient and tried to resolve thisIn our view, this is an unacceptable business practice

Doug S*** is, once again, a life saverOur Eternal tankless water heater started leaking and popped the GFII knew the original manufacturer went out of business a year or so after we installed the unitI'm in San Diego and happened to find Doug onlineI called him and described the problem and emailed him a picture of the leakDoug knew exactly the part I needed and walked me through the installation of it and how to test and restart the unitHe sent the part at NO CHARGE, I only had to pay $for day UPS shippingI got it installed and the unit is working fine againI will definitely call Exclusively Tankless/Doug again if I have a future problemI wish we were closerAlso, I have several friends in the Phoenix area and will definitely recommend him to themThanks again DougGreat job and I really appreciate your help??

We contacted Doug with an emergency water heater problem The prior company had gone out of business and Doug was able to locate and provide us with parts to solve our heating issue Doug had a very quick response, was professional and fair, if we need any future tankless needs we will be contacting Doug again I was happy to support this veteran owned business

Exclusively Tankless Inc is a life saver! I live in New Jersey and was on the internet searching for help with a tankless water heater (Eternal Hybrby Grand Hall USA) I purchased years ago To my surprise the company went out of business and there was no information on repairs other than Exclusively Tankless Inc who offered to help out of the goodness of his heart I called from out of state and Doug walked me through the process on the phone of finding a resolve Wow, what can I say? No one does this.....but he did! This speaks volumes about a man's character He had nothing to do with the crummy unit I had yet helped me out without even being a customer of his My own plumber (who is a friend) didn't offer this type of help I bet all his costumes reap the benefit of this mans good will Thank you Doug! I am ever so greatful

I needed a part for an Eternal Gas Tankless hot water heaterThe company (Eternal) had gone out of business and no one had the part I needed except Exclusively Tankless PlusI called them from Texas, they had the retrofit kit I neededHe did not charge me for the part I only reimbursed the shipping feeI'm going to take a warm shower tonight thanks to them!!!

Doug has been extremely helpful!! We live in ***, have an on demand (tankless) water heater, luckily found his phone number threw the internet, gave him a call, and he knew what part we needed and mailed it to us!! He just asked us to send him a few bucks for shipping & handling! Who does that anymore? How very nice of him!!! We have to be sure to keep his card in a safe place in case we need to call him again!! He's the only person we've found who really knows his stuff

Doug was willing to help me with an Eternal tankless water heater The water heater company went out of business but he has parts and the knowledge on how to fix them and offered his help at no cost We are unfortunately not located near enough for him to come take a look at our heaters
