I had a horrible experience at Executive Detail, took my Tahoe only months old to have a wash and wax done, when I got it back it had dried wax and a haze on itThe owner and his assistant told me that my new car had scratches all over it from previous washes, they also told me that the dealership could have delivered the car to me with the haze already on itI look at my car in great detail after every wash and have never seen this haze nor scratches on it until I took it to them to be cleaned and waxedI am very disappointed in the work that they didNever will return to this business for serviceOwn up to your poor work and fix it, don't blame others and come up with ridiculous excuses for a bad job

Trying to see if we can resolve the matter in a way that is good for both parties First of all we have to see if we actually lost the key and as I told the customer I would check into getting a replacement key if I see we were to blame I am in the process of getting estimates in case I
see the event was our fault We gave the customer back the money for the wash and leather treatment which was $on the date the event happened After I investigate the situation I will determine what actions need to be taken If key needs to replaced I will have many avenues to replace the key at a much lower price At Executive Detail Incwe do our best to make sure every customer has great service and if we make a mistake we take care of it Over years of business (since 1994)

On 4-21-15 we did an interior shampoo on the vehicle in question.The customer picked up vehicle and seemed to be happy when left.
About an hour or so later customer called and said they noticed burn
Holes in the seats.  I told the customer that we do not smoke...

The vehicles.  The customer then started to curse at me.  After that I 
Again told customer we do not smoke around vehicles and he stated
We must have set a sparkler off.  I then had my manager call him back
And he cursed him out as well.  The cigarette burns were not caused by 
Executive Detail Inc as we have cameras monitoring all that goes on.
A couple of days later the customers wife came by and was very reasonable.
I told her we would compound polish and wax the vehicle free of charge and
Repair burn holes.  
At the end of the day I just want the customer to be happy.
