[redacted]. On September 15" we did the property inspection walk thru with [redacted] & her agent where the only unit complaint was unit a little warm & we had the owner come by unit late that evening to lower the A/C temperature & I feel [redacted] real reason for breaking the lease is she felt & said several times the unit was smaller than she had remembered. (See signed attached client walk thru form) As a fair & understanding person offered a return of her 1st month's rent & her security deposit a couple of times [redacted] requested to move forward & move in. First thing the next morning [redacted] requested to break the lease & request Full Refund of All funds. (See attached) We agreed. As for the claim that she left items in the unit when she returned the keys walk thru after I got the keys to find unit with no damage & totally clear of any personal property. A couple days go by & [redacted] said a bag of item was left...I called her back to tell her I would look again & when did a few days later texted she the same response nothing found & Best Wishes.in closing, if this is not removed from may record with the Revdex.com agency ASAP I will consider a separate defamation claim against [redacted]. As to me being unprofessional & using body language & verbal gestures please see the written letter of account from [redacted] agent. (See attached)Signed,Barry B[redacted]
