Truck was purchased a 2012 Kenworth For a total price of $35,329.00,on November 8, I gave a $10,000 down payment on the truck,didn't get it out of the lot until November 19 after Commercial general insurance was issued, whith 30 days warranty'truck broke down 400 miles,from Miami,FL in Alachua FL,on December 15,which at that point I had to have it towed,I've been struggling to make ends meet ever since,besides truck showed 607,411on the Odometer it turned out that the engine was a 2009 engine with more miles than the Odometer showed,I want to know if I have a legitimate claim against the truck dealer,please get back to me with a response yours truly ***.
