Exotic Car Care

I am replying to the complaint number above. My company plows the property at *** ***. Mrs *** car was parked there during the storms this winter. She called me to tell me that there was damage done to her car by a plow truck at *** ***. When I asked her who hit
the car she claimed that she did not know but she found a note on her car telling her that the plow guy hit her car. I told her that I did not hit any car there and I would check with the person that drives my other plow truck. I also told her that I would go check the car and see if there was any paint transfer from our plows on her car as evidence that we might have hit it not knowing. I did check the car and found no plow paint and I checked with my employee and that person claimed to have not hit any car while plowing that account. I told her that I had a commercial ins policy on my trucks and wasn’t sure if Insurance would cover her if she didn’t have the person who hit her cars license number. I also told her I didn’t see paint transfer on either my plows or her car. Her car looked like it had been damaged from getting rear ended. In the winter we plow and in the spring summer and fall we detail cars, I work closely with auto body shops so I see paint transfer/damage all the time. I wouldn’t have a problem getting her car repaired at one of my friends shops if I thought myself or my driver damaged it. I do not believe we damaged it.. *** ***OwnerCar Care
