Just checked in and already off to a bad start Rafael A [redacted] The Front Desk Manager was extremely aggressive and argumentativeWe had a reservation issue and he was not happy that he had to come out of his officeThen said he can't fix the problem because they were full but could rent me a unit We do Family Reunions regularly and will never come backI recommend a branded company like [redacted] Your Guaranteed people are held accountable and usually even if they can't fix the problem will know how to talk and treat "Guest" Just to be clear I understood if we can not be accommodatedHowever if customer service is not a priority from the manager how can he set an example

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been horrible thus far. The customer service personnel are not helpful at all. I have attempted to arrange to stays but each time I am unable to book. I call and they tell me that I will receive a return call but I do not. I am in process of attempting to book in Chattanooga but as usual they will be unhelpful. I am not looking forward to dealing with this issue at all. Thanks for nothing Exploria.

I agreed to a timeshare purchase. I made arrangements for a payment of 4400 dollars on January 14. I needed a couple of extra days to make that payment and then another 4600 dollar payment. I spent 2 days in their broken IVR as well sending emails with no response. On the 14th the money cane out of my account before I wanted it to. I finally spoke to [redacted] in Sales who promised an update etc by email and I didnt hear back. I then heard back from Ilphonso's (sp) manager who promised me an update by end of day. I never heard back from her. I have spent 3 days chasing them to have them take my money for a TIMESHARE !! Can you imagine the putrid service that awaits me as a customer when I am paid up. We are cancelling although I expect problems

I was very disappointed when dealing with Exploria Vacations. I felt that they used a "bait and switch" tactic just to try and get my money. It required multiple phone calls with uncooperative people to get it resolved.
