This is so not trueI am very easily satisfied but when someone is trying to take advantage of me because I am a women by myself, I have a problem with that You overpriced the car and then you would not fix it after your sales person sold it to me when I test drove it and he said he wouldYou just patched it up to get it off the lot and that was wrong You never ever fixed the car rightI even bought the turn signal switch which you were supposed to buy but I went ahead and did it because Im so tired of fooling with these people it is so bad And they say IM Not never Satisfied all the stuff they have taken me though I will take my lose on this one But you better believe Im gonna blast that company real bad because I feel totally mistreated and used and lied to

This customer will never be satisfied... She test drives the car at the lot with her witnesses that she brings to verify that the car is in good working order. Then days later calls with new request for more made up repairs.

I am rejecting this response because: The entire response submitted by Express Auto Sales is not factually correct. When I arrived at the dealership, I advised the sales representative that I wanted to purchase the Jeep Cherokee that was located on the lot.  I advised that I had a van before, but I can not use a van long term because of the weight that I would be putting on the van would not suffice for my needs for distribution.  I was very specific and consistent about the vehicle that I was interested in.  I did indicate that I would for a second choice accept the Ford Explorer as a second choice only.  I was told that because I was a contractor, I would have to submit additional paperwork which I agreed.  I told them ([redacted]) that the car that I had now was in need of drastic repair and I didn't want to continue wasting money to get that one fixed.  I also indicated that I needed a vehicle that was on a truck chassis that would handle the weight of papers that I need to transport.  I was told that I could sign for the Honda Odyssey and with the additional paperwork, I will be able to get financed.  I came in to the car lot for at least 3 times a week to follow up on the additional requirements that was asked of me.  Finally, I was asked for the past two years tax returns.  The ones that I submitted did not reflect the total income that I told them because of income that was not sent to the IRS and instead of the 50,000, it showed about 33,000 in income.  I was told because of that, I was not approved for the Jeep that I wanted.  This was more than 3 weeks later.  I never told anyone at the lot that I was satisfied with the car, because I was told it would be used as a down payment to make the deal go through.  I requested to get my money back, minus a reasonable amount for the month that I had the vehicle and I never received anything. I called and left messages and no one returned my calls.  I left the car parked in front of my house and someone backed into the car that did the damage before they picked the vehicle up. I was also advised that the individual that I was dealing with at the car lot was subsequently fired. I was made aware of the deceptive practices that he was involved in at this lot and the previous lot he worked at along with a long list of fraudulent activity and scams he is involved in.  I spoke to the owner/manager of the lot on numerous occasions and advised him of the misrepresentation of the deal that his employee did in order to secure the money that I submitted so I would not go anywhere else. I never told him at anytime that I wanted a van, since the van would not work for my needs.  I also told him that if I wanted a van, I would not have to submit a total of $2000 down for a 2003 van when I could get one for $300 at another lot.  I was asking for my money back constantly.  I also spoke to the owner/manager while he was on vacation in Las Vegas about an over-payment that was made be his employee's request that I should have had returned, but it was not done.

I am rejecting this response because:They told me they were going to refund my money.  I could not get up there that particular day so then they said they would fix the noise up under the hood part and I had to pay for the part for the turn...

signal and they would pay for the service.  I agreed because I am so tired of fooling with these people which they already agreed to pay for fixing the car when I test drove it.  Once again I had to drop the car off for a whole day AGAIN.  Leaving me without a vehicle for the 7th time.  Robbie calls and says the turn signal switch is $90 and I told her that I already called Auto Zone and the part is $39.99 and I would go buy the part and bring it to them and she did not like that.  I told her you were not going to upcharge me for that part if I had to pay for it. She said they would not warranty the part and I told her Thank you and OK. I went and bought part and they put it on.  Took car on the lot and took it home and hour later the car started making the noise again up under and I called her back twice and left 2 messages and told her that the car was not fixed and that they needed to fix this car right because it is still making the noise when you turn and nobody has called me back yet.  No I am not satisfied at all and they no it.  NO ONE will return my calls and when I have went up there the manager is not there very convenient.  This company is a rip off.  All I wanted was them to fix the car.  It was like this when I test drove the car.  I did nothing to the car.  Now it is time for the 1st car payment due and the car is still messed up.  That is not right.
