Review: I called these people on Jan 11th to make sure that passport renewal service was still available. A women told me that it was on the 13 th Jan I mailed using ups with tracking.my british passport and all supporting documents needed for passport renewal. I also sent a cashier's check to cover service and renewal.I have called and emailed several times to no availThe cashier's check was cashed by express british passport on 14 th of January.I have contacted british embassy in Washington dc today the passport service for uk citizens was discontinued last September.I want to know where all my documents are and why these people said the service was still available and where the $371 cashier's check went? I have had to cancel my trip to uk and pay to change flights. I also have to apply for a stolen passport another $300 .00Desired Settlement: I want the money and my documents returned to me .
