Express Distributor Corp

Review: We have replaced our cooling and heating system in Jan 2013 for $4,300 and the brand new system was installed by Express Distributor Corp. While installing, the installer intended to use our original old plumber for the brand new system. After arguing, they finally helped us to get the new plumber. And just about 1 year use, the heating system has already stopped working. We only got the circulating air from the fan, but no heat is coming out. Please note that it is the coldest days of the year and my whole family is suffered from the coldness. We contacted the installer and he refused to help because he was not in town. He only told us to get somebody else to come over to fix the heater, which means we will have to pay again. We already spent $4300 last year for a brand new system and usually the heating/cooling system is expected to be functioning for at least 5 years!!! Please help!!!!!Desired Settlement: Please help us to get the installer to come over to do the repair; or if we have to get somebody else to come, the installer has to pay for that.
