I got the letter and I did read the complaint ,I contacted [redacted] and I explained to her the Issue with the Coupon she did understand me And she was very nice and I offered her a free order of what she didn't get in her first order Thank you [redacted] Express Pizza & Wings

Review: I received a mailer coupon for this business for a special called "Best Family Deal #2:2 large 1-topping pizzas, 8pc. Wings, Choice of Cheese Bread, pasta or saladPlus 2-litter soda"If I am reading this correctly I understand I get 2 pizzas with the 8 wings and I get to choose one of the 3 options and a soda, when I called they said if I didn't want the wings I can choose one of the other 3. I tried explaining several times that that is not what the coupon says they kept insisting that that how it was and that's it. The person answering the phone said he would ask his boss and call me back. He did call me back only to say that I was wrong, once again I insisted that that's what the coupon said, he said if I still thought I was right he was going to have his boss call me, I said yes I would like to him. I waited over 20 minutes and still didn't hear from the boss so I called back to ask when was he going to call me and the person (same one) said that if he hadn't called me as because he was busy but that if I wanted I could go down to their business and look for him.Desired Settlement: I informed them that I would be putting a complaint with the Revdex.com.This is not the first time this has happened with their coupons and their interpretation of what's written. I would like this business to at least give me an apology and say something like " we made a tipping error, it should have said.....but we would like to keep you as a client and rectify our mistake and call back the coupon".
