Exquisite Remodeling

My experience with Eloy has been hell. I hired him almost one year ago to remodel a very small bathroom and replace some interior doors. The first month and a half went great. His crew worked hard every day and demolished the bathroom and built the shower. That is how my bathroom stayed for months afterward. Eloy had lots of excuses for not returning. When they did return, they were disrespectful of my belongings, eating and drinking from my food and beverages in my refrigerator, not covering my belongings to ensure they remained free of tile dust, using my things such as my garbage can for the demolished tile which they broke. I bought a new one and they used that, too. Eloy argued with me about everything. He would give me excuses and then contradict himself with a different excuse. I believe he attempted to cheat me by asking for unreasonable pay for what I believe to be bogus items such as "specialty light switches." As sit stands right now, my bathroom is not finished and there are many touch up items incomplete. I have hired someone else to finish the job Eloy started last August!

Eloy G and his Exquisite Remodeling team just completely remodeled my kitchen after a water leak. We solicited bids from 4 local contractors and thru this process, it was clear Exquisite was the obvious choice. Exquisite’s bid was professionally presented, and each line item reflected the clarity and thoroughness we needed to make an informed choice.
I was expecting the construction phase to be very stressful, but the entire process was actually painless, thanks to Eloy and his team. They did a fantastic job, and every member of his staff was delightful to work with from start to finish. Each member was so committed to our project and it was obvious from the onset that these men had significant experience; from sheetrock, creating new ceiling lighting, rebuilding & painting my custom cabinest, painting and installing quartz countertops. And throughout it all, Eloy was always available to answer any of our questions /concerns, day or night.
The remodel was completed on time and the follow-up continues to this day! I highly recommend Exquisite to anyone embarking on a remodel, big or small. I know I will use Exquisite Remodeling on any future home projects!
