Our home was built in on our own lot The roof was completed during colder months and the shingles might not have had time to properly seal We live on a windy hill and during the first year, we had some shingles blow off We expected this to happen and were very patient waiting for the roofer to replace them, which was not too prompt, but we did get a response In March 2015, two shingles blew off, as well as a siding decoration I contacted Ziggy's and left a message for a return call After many "back and fourth" phone calls, it is now October (months since initial contact) and I still did not have my shingles replaced The last time I spoke with an agent from Ziggy's, it was Glenn, who told me someone would be out within two weeks, which was in July (months after initial contact) The roof in our bedroom now has water damage and we contacted another contractor who came out within one day to replace our shingles and siding decoration We will now need to contact another contractor to assess for damage in the bedroom As you can see, I am very patient and understanding when it comes to repairs I am not aggressive or demanding and was always patient and pleasant when contacting the company because I understand that the business might be busy However, I feel that we were neglected and as a result, we are responsible for extra damage I would not recommend this company to another consumer and will also be contacting our builder with a negative review as well
