Wow this lady wants to talk about being RUDE. This lady was parked in a plainly marked no parking area. She want to call yelling and cussing at me She tried ever excuse she could and since I wouldn't give her car back she says Im rude. look she tries to make it seem like it our fault that her car got towed. Maybe park were you are suppose and this wouldn't not of happened and maybe just maybe start taking responsibility for your own actions. What kind of customer service do you think your going to get when you call and yell and cuss at people. Plus the cars isn't even in her name.

Update she just called and apologized for last night but she still filed this.

ZERO stars. The staff is extremely rude and it is no surprise they have an F rating. The man that answered the phone continuously yelled at me for simply asking questions regarding the pick up process and property removal after my car was removed from my apartment complex. He kept disconnecting the call and even called me disrespectful names.

The tow tuck driver is a predatory tow truck driver...Tow my car In less that 10 mins with my blinkers on I front of my car port saw him before leaving apartment property refuse to stop, saw for him while unhooking the car and he took off with high speed after and refused to release my car,Refused to let me get my personal belongings after calling the sheriff that I was trespassing that the car is not mine..Sheriff got my vin and confirmed the car is mine..Charged me over $700 for 10 miles tow and under 24hrs storage,Tells you his credit card system is not working that he wants cash or certified check,His tow office is NEVER OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS..He will waste your time and add up all the time as storage fees..this is really ridiculous,am wondering if there is no regulation for tow truck companies this guy violates it all. He violates all vehicles codes we are gathering to file a civil law suit against him and his company,I have notified the apartment complex, notified CHP,Sac Sheriff,SacPD.Please help stop this extreme predatory performance tow truck his name is David G formally know as Dave..He must be stopped now.

This here is a fine example of how people lie on these reviews. I have this guy on video Just like every other car we tow. I also have court papers from this guy and it says something totally different so thanks for helping me prove your a lair. Also I like how he never says that he broke in to our tow yard three different time and was caught by the sheriffs once and on video all three times. FYI My truck have video camera on it and it will show that your lying about all this. LOL see you in court

Esta empresa de grúas se llevo mi carro estando estacionado esté en mi lugar de estacionar qué yo pago aquí dónde vivo
Todo lo referente al carro esta en regla y esta empresa no tenía por qué llevarse mi carro estando en mi lugar de estacionar y estando en un lugar privado8This towing company took my car when it was parked in my parking spot that I pay for here where I live. Everything concerning the car is in line and this company had no reason to take my car being that it was in my private parking spot.

Well we just don't go & tow cars out of someone parking space for no reason and the apartments have to request us to tow any car from a parking space. Since they didn't say whats kind of a car it was, why we towed it or there parking space number there is no way to respond to this.

the maintenance supervisor tagged the blazer for having a flat tire on 10/7. Instead of fixing them fixing the flat tire they drove the blazer to there parking space and left it. The warning tag is still on the window. So yesterday *** call us and ask us the tow the blazer away. The crazy part is no one has even called about it. So the next time you want to file a complaint why don't you call and ask someone because what you guys don't seem to realize is we cant tow anything unless the apartment ask us to. So quit blaming us for everything

of citrus heights is a predatory tow truck driver. He often uses shady tactics hoping his next victim will not know their rights and he can try and squeeze some cash from them. Often, *** of citrus heights claims he got a call about a parking violation and is charging someone for his travel time. Most cases this is not true and *** is just circling the same few complexes in his willing to do business with him in his unmarked white dodge ram until he finds his next victim. With his dinky flashlight in hand he barks orders at you, trying his best to intimidate you. You do not have to listen to *** orders and In fact when pressed on his rights and questioning what hes doing he will get angry and lash out. His response to the complaints on this site are cursive laden and reflect heavily on his character and lack of formal education. He is towing trucks, because his criminal record Is keeping him from doing more. This will show when you meet this elderly gentleman.

Yes it was

Extreme Performance Towing & Transport Response • Jul 17, 2019

Just to show you how bogus this complaint is. Call the phone number or look us the address. Both are just as bogus as this complaint. If this wasn't bogus then why would they left bogus information.

The company towed my vehicle on 6/27/2019 until 7/11/2019. They charged me from 06/24/2019 until 07/11/2019. I have security cameras with time stamps to back that up. Also, they did not provide me with a "Notice of Written Authorization" before I paid, as required by law. I was told the driver still had that info. This is predatory towing.

Extreme Performance Towing & Transport Response • Jul 17, 2019

Predatory towing, Really, Is that the best you can come up with. I will bet you got that off the internet, it shows you have no idea what your talking about. How is it that your manager tagged your car for not being registered and after the 96 hours had passed, they calls us to tow it. Im sorry but that's not predator towing. The car was towed on Monday 6/24. Id like to see your video and who to say that your camera system date isn't off. But bring me a copy of your video. I don't know why you didn't get a copy of "Notice of Written Authorization" everyone one gets a copy. Maybe you left it on the desk I don't if you want a copy Ill give you one when you bring the video.

Customer Response • Jul 17, 2019

I am rejecting this response because: The receipt I was given by your company shows in the remarks sections where I stated I did not get one. That same receipt shows the signature of your employee as well who signed that off. Your employee stated it wasn't there and that the driver had it but wouldn't be back for 2 or 3 more days. So no, I was never given one. You broke the law by not providing me with it before payment. The act of towing is not itself predatory. Predatory is not giving the notice of written authorization before payment is made. Predatory towing is not knowing the actual date you picked up the vehicle. Even the tow truck driver from *** towing, who towed my vehicle from your location, knows the laws. So no, it was not just taken from the internet, which by the way is a great way to look up government websites to the laws regarding towing. You can clearly see in the attached picture, the date and time you picked up the vehicle. Its sad that you get so defensive when you are called out. You get defensive because you know I am right. So, either we can take this to court and I can get up to 4x the towing and storage fees for you breaking the law, overcharging me, or you can provide me with a refund. It will be very easy to prove.

Extreme Performance Towing & Transport Response • Jul 19, 2019

So your saying that if someone doesn't get an notice of written authorization before payment is made its Predatory towing. LOL Ok its your story. Defensive when you called me out. Wow when did that happen. Because I guess I missed that. No whats sad is you think you can intimidate me with a ultimatum of taking me to court or refunding you your money. Well I guess we will see you in court. Make sure your bring your video because we will have your manager who authorized the tow with us. You have a nice day.

I would give 0 stars if I could. These people took my vehicle from my apartment complex with no call from the management and it had all of my newborns stuff in there, her car seat, medication and everything and would not let me get into it or even pay to get my truck out. I made an appointment and they refused to come see me and continued to lie about where my truck was and said they were going to call CPS on me because my daughters stuff was in the truck and I was an unfit mother for that, and this happened at 6 in the morning I spent all day trying to get it back and he continued to text me nasty things all day degrading me and talking about my financial situation and saying my credit must be bad. They said I had to pay $290 before 5 and after spending all day he did not meet until 8 and then charged a gate fee when I tried all day to get my vehicle and then sent me a pic of him holding the money I had just paid him saying “lmfao”

Got to love this lady. The truck wasn't even hers. She was living in it with a baby. The truck was her boyfriends truck and he wasn't around at the time. People don't understand that if the car or truck that your driving isn't registered in your name then we cant release it to you or let you in it. Just because you are driving it or you have stuff in it does mean its your truck. The reason we didn't meet her until 8 was her boyfriend the one the truck was registered to and he didn't get there until 8. This lady was straight disrespectful cussed and yelled at us all because we wouldn't release a truck to her because it wasn't in her name. I mean Hello

I would like to file a complaint about extreme performance towing located at ***. (Which is not even listed on this website , only option to select was there headquarters in roseville or some other Q Street address in rio linda.) First problem I would like to address is upon looking for my car the morning it had been taken I called the police department to see if it had been towed, they had no record of it being reported towed, which I thought was the law for it to be reported. I called my apartments second, to see if they called extreme performance towing, and they also had no knowledge of the incident, therefore doing my own research calling tow companys for my neighborhood I found them and found out where my car was. The spot my car was parked inside my apartments, may have not been an official marked parking spot, but to my knowledge and years living here many cars have parked in this certain hang off spot including myself many times and have never been towed. My apartments have no sign posted there saying no parking , no fire lane markings , it is not blocking an entry or exit , nor is it handicap spot, or a covered private spot. Whenever my apartments have had an issue with parking issues, they leave 48hour warning note saying they will tow and why, so , when I arrived to pick up my vechile I asked, why was my vechile called in, and why is the pricing so high? The only response I received from the tow truck driver was , "I just do the pick ups I don't control anything." Now , when I arrived I tried going into the office at that location and he waved me over saying he was the only employee present. The problem I have with this pricing of 290$ , for my 9.7 mile tow , is number one, the other location under this companies name on Q street is only 2.3 miles away from my adress, so why was someone not sent from the closest location ? And second, why is there a storage fee for 65$ when my vechile wasnt there overnight, only less then 6 hours. (Since I was at work) These prices seem outrageous, for a personal tow call from some anaymous stranger about my vechile , not even my apartments, which I feel doesn't make sense because my car wasn't blocking anyone, and if my apartment did not have an issue then I don't understand what the issue was. So, basically, I would just like some moreinformation on my incident, in which I feel I was not given and also I feel I should be discounted for my fees because of falsey towing without given a reason, and also not chosen a closer location. I work a lot , if I don't not answer by telephone please follow up via email so I can respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am sorry but the car was called in, every car we tow is reported to the police. I am not sure what you mean about the address not being on our website since we don’t have a website. Doing your research calling tow companies for your neighborhood. Really that’s funny we are not in your neighborhood. You acknowledge you knew it wasn’t a parking spot, so I don’t understand what the problem is. So just because everyone else parks there its ok. I am sorry, but it is blocking an entry and exit of that parking area that’s why there is a white corner painted on the ground. Don’t you know that white curbs or half corner are there also no parking zones they are Stop only long enough to pick up or drop off passengers or mail. Besides fire truck or a ambulance couldn’t get in that area if it had to because you were blocking the corner. How would you feel if someone died because rescue couldn’t get to the person because you were parked there especially when you knew it wasn’t a parking space? You asked a driver why it was towed unless that driver is the one that towed your car he not going to know all the details of the tow. So if you wanted more detail on why your was tow why didn’t you call the office and talk to the manager. I guess that would be to easy. You would rather complain about where you parked knowing it wasn’t a parking spot instead of calling us. We have never been at the Qst address. we do not know how that got put on the internet. How can it only be 2.3 miles away from you when that address is about ¾ of a mile on the other side of us. I am sorry, but it would be even farther away from you. Obviously, you didn’t check out the address. The storage fee isn’t an hourly rate. Once the vehicle is at our yard you are charged for the first 24hr them after that it based on calendar days. It your car was only there for 10 mins you would still be charge for a full day. I am sorry you don’t understand how this all woks. But then again, I don’t understand how computers programing works either. Bottom line if you park where you are supposed to then you wouldn’t have this problem. Remember You acknowledge you knew it wasn’t a parking spot. Have a nice day
