Review: I Purchased a phone from the company call Samsung Galaxy sII. Instead they gave me a fake [redacted] version of what consumers would assume it is the real phone. I realized this exactly 30mins after I left the store and found out from an AT&T store to confirm if this is real. The AT&T sales person assure me that this is a Fake version of the Galaxy sII. I also checked online and compare the phone. Then I truly realized it was vividly clear that this phone is the fake version and as a certified company that is service its business in our local community is selling fake phone to the community in which they benefit from our loyal service from. I came back 30mins later to return the fake phone and they where close. Therefor I will be going back to the store first this tomorrow morning.More over the receipt they gave me indicates that they do not return cash refund although I only accept cash as a form of payment which I paid in cash for a fake product. This is unacceptable and I want result to this type of issue. there is no reason why a company should be allow to service if they are conducting their business with fraud... If a civilian would be held responsible for a fraud behavior, then so be a business owner with fraudly practice.Desired Settlement: I want actions to be taken to stop businesses that sells fake product in an actual business to consumers and charges them full prices. I would like to retrieve back my $250 payment to my purchase. I would like this to be stopped to promote good ethical business practice in our community.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Although I am disappointed in the service of them being unethical to the buyers that support their business sustainability.
The Phone company has reimburse me my $250 for the phone. Moreover, I will never trust them again.
