Review: I had a flat tire. They found the leak and put in a plug. $20, more than most places charge, but they were conveniently located. Next day, the tire was flat again. I brought it back in. They found another leak right next to the first one. They plugged that. They said 20 bucks more. I said, "if you had told me that in the beginning, I would have just bought a new tire." They argued with me, saying it was a new leak that I must have gotten after they fixed the first. The guy actually yelled at me and told me I wasn't getting my "[redacted] car" back until I paid the additional $20.Desired Settlement: I would like my second $20 refunded

Review: I went to get my car inspected and an oil change at Mount Vernon Auto Clinic. I usually pay $65 for an oil change with Mobil-1 synthetic. The gentleman rang me up and said $110 for oil change. I told him, that is not the right price. He said that is the price and he can't do anything about it because the boss said that is the price. Mind you the prices are not posted anywhere and I have been to this gas station before. I asked to speak to the boss and he said he does not know were he is or when he is coming; he also refused to call him. Pay now and go. I waited for an hour. The attendant was extremely belligerent and made it to seem as if I was doing something wrong by disputing the price. The NY state registration # for the repair station is [redacted].Desired Settlement: Posted prices and a refund on the price difference ($38). The price per quart is $12, I used 6 quarts I should have paid $72 not $110). I would like the price posted because in addition to it being an ethical issue, a lot of elderly people live in the area and they might be subjected to paying double or triple on what they should because they trust this place, unbeknownst to them that there is new management.
