WE DO NOT SELL EGASOLINE HERE SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET EFROM THIS LOCATION WE FUEL ON AVERAGE TO CARS PER DAY AND NO ONE ELSE HAD THE SAME ISSUE.SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER AND SHE HAS PRIOR DAMAGE TO HER ENGINESHE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAS A CRACKED HEAD AND BAD HEAD GASKETTHAT IS WHY SHE

Review: On or about 13-14th (approx.) June 2015, a few weeks before fathers day.I purchase two silver in color [redacted] License Plates covers for fathers Day. I was told that it would be in the following week. I have been back store on several occasions, on 21 June 2015 the shop owner attempt to give me a black set which was not what I order. He then attempted to try and have me take the Plates along with a Baseball HAT, I refused and then told me there is not refund, in which I did not ask for a refund just what I paid and for.He said he will reorder and gave use one of the tags, but of 7/20/205 we have not received the other tag. I know its a small amount of money, but I paid for something I did not receive. The two tags cost $40.00 for the set.Desired Settlement: A total refund, I am also filing a Small Claims if he refuses.Very Respectfully, [redacted]

Review: Gas station had cones blocking off 3 out of 12 pumps. I pulled up to an available pump. Swiped my [redacted] rewards card to get my discount and my credit card. Began to pump gas but the pump cut off. Got an attendant and told him that the pump cut off. He explained "We had to turn off a pump to work on it, so yours may have been shut off too." I complained that I was now going to lose my discount and asked why wasn't this pump blocked off. His reply, "Ma'am. We have an emergency and you're complaining about 50 cents?!". This was said with blaitant attitude WITHOUT any attempt to appologize or gain my business. There was NO mention about an emergency. And if it was an emergency, why wasn't the station closed and why was ANYONE allowed to come pump gas? This is apparently the MANAGER and his name is Sunny.Desired Settlement: Manager needs training in customer service and needs to be reported to the Exxon corporate office. If it was an emergency, the station needs to be closed as a safety precaution.
