Eye Clinic

January 8th 2020 I went to the Eye Clinic in Versailles . The staff was somewhat rude but received an eye exam that I feel was rushed through. I picked my frames out and the women measured for bifocal, they said they would be in 2 to3 weeks. January 27th went to pick them up when I put them on I could not see anything out of them. I told the staff this and they told me to wear them 4 to 6 weeks to get adjusted to them. I tried but after a week of trying I had to wear my old glasses. I talked to the owner *** at a café and told him I got a pair of glasses from his son ***. ***old me to take them back they would take care of it. I took them to the Eye Clinic which staff was very rude and the eye doctor gave me another exam which did not take as long as the first one. I left the glasses that had the wrong lens prescription, was to go back to get them marked for the bifocal. Was just very frustrated being February 18th already I wanted to get a refund and go somewhere else. My wife went to the office to ask for a refund and immediately the receptionist said that would not happen , so my wife made an appointment with the doctor to talk about getting a refund. We had made a payment of 211.50 on the 8th of January and another 211.50 when I went to pick them up. The next day after my wife was in the clinic the receptionist called my cell phone and told me the doctor would only refund 233.00 and I told her I wanted to talk to the doctor she said no that is only what he is willing to give us back, she was getting rude and I told her I would not argue with her and hung up. January 21st the *** the eye doctor called my cell phone and told me he would not refund the lens money. He said he would not lose money on the lens. Which that was what was wrong He was going to have to make new lens anyway, I did not go back to get the new lens. I just want my money back and go else where. Not mention all my loss time at work going through this sad event.
