Review: In October 2015 I made a purchase at Eye Express for My daughter.

The total amout was 1251.00. My daughter was suppose to recieved the product via mail. I never heard of optical stores sending the porducts and/or mercahndise via mail. Eye express said it was be easier & faster to use "Mail to pt" option.

To date, we have not recieved nothing via mail; according to the post office, the merchandise has been return to the manufacturer. I have beein calling Eye Express since november 2015 to resove the issue. At first I just wanted my daughter to have her eyewear; it been so long and there has been so much back & forth and I still have nothing. II am requesting a refund.Desired Settlement: to recieve a refund, so I can go to another optical store and get my daughter's eyewear.

I feel this is a health issue, because my daughter has been with out eyewear since october. Her eye sight has changed significantly. Using her old glasses are giving her headaches; ans she should not suffer because of Eye Express's incompitence.
